By now you've probably found that planning your wedding can be anything but simple. With so many options and things to consider, it can feel a little overwhelming; especially when it comes to parsing the details of so many wedding photography packages. So why not choose a plan that offers everything you want with no hidden costs or worries about when your photographer might pack up and leave?

What do your packages include?
Each of the three packages offer similar products and services and vary in price depending on the season. Because there are fewer weddings in the winter, prices are considerably lower between January and March.

Engagement Photo Session
One-hour engagement photo session in Steamboat Springs. I'll put all your photos on your personal online page, give you a DVD with all the high resolution files and an 8x10 fine art print of your favorite photo.

3 High Resolution DVDs
Set of 3 DVDs with all your photos in high resolution (300dpi at approximately 14-inches wide or tall) on each disc. Typically the disc includes 700 images or more. You can use them for whatever personal printing purposes you choose. You may even share them with friends and family! Click here to see an example.
Deluxe Fine Art Print Package
Five 8x10 inch and one 16x20 inch Fine Art Prints reproduced on Hahnemühle’s William Turner watercolor paper with 100% rag content making it highly archival. These beautiful prints will be treasured for generations.

Three beautiful and elegantly designed 40-page wedding books showcasing the photos you love most. Books are 11.5 x 8 inches with linen hard covers. Enough for you and each of your parents!

$1,200 (The Gold Package is available all year in Routt County, but between April and September it can only be reserved for weddings that take place Monday - Thursday. All other months it is available all week.)

(Stipulation: Wedding must take place in Routt County within six weeks of contacting me. I will likely not attend the rehearsal. Additional hours are not available.)

When will we see our photos online?
All online products are available within three weeks of the wedding and stay online for at least six months.
Do you require a deposit?
All packages
require a non-refundable deposit of $300 at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. Click on the "payments" button at the bottom of this page for further instructions.
What if there's something I want that you haven't mentioned?
No problem. I can offer virtually anything you'd like. Just tell me what you have in mind and we'll make it happen.
Will you attend the rehearsal?
I do my best to attend all rehearsals. This gives me the chance to understand the flow of the wedding ceremony, as well as a chance for us to clarify last-minute details.
Do you enhance photos with special effects?
I do not take photos with the intent of enhancing them, however I'm not opposed to creating special effects on a few (4-5) photos the bride and groom chooses. Here's an example of what I can do. When you go to your online print store you will have the option to print them in color, black & white, or sepia!
What kind of camera equipment do you use?
All my equipment is made up of professional models. I use the Nikon D3 with a variety of exquisite lenses. This camera is widely considered the best wedding camera ever made. The D3 produces a 12.1 Megabyte file, capable of producing beautiful prints with the color, tonal range and size to satisfy virtually everyone, even in extremely low-light environments.
What about the copyright of the photographs?
Though you are free to print your photos for personal use, I retain copyright in all the photographs. I retain the right to use the photographs for the promotion of my business (such as displays at wedding fairs, promotional cards or advertising in wedding magazines.)
What if we do not want the ceremony or something else photographed?
This is your decision. If you do not want something to be photographed, I will respect your wishes.
Do you use an assistant or second photographer?
On occasion I need a second photographer, but I typically do not. This helps me keep my prices down. I will be happy to hire a second photographer if you wish, but it will increase your rate. Just let me know if you are interested and we can work it out.
